It is nice to know that there is a Retailer of Mighty Weighty Tomes that is not only well stocked with excellent prices, and is staffed by people that knows the difference between Hardcover and Hardcore.

There are tons of books, but that's a given. Clean environment, everything very nicely categorized. Came in to check out some pops and found great deals!

Great place to find books locally. Staff is courteous and saved me money on an online order when it didn't give me my club discount automatically. Great store with decent prices with a lot of selection.

What can I say about Books A Million? One of the last bookstores left standing, I love to visit. There's just something about holding the book in your hand. The feel of it. The smell. Plus they have some great coffee.

It's just nice to have a bookstore in Dalton, and not have to drive all the way to Chattanooga or Atlanta. Most of the time the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. One of the girls working there not only helped me find the book I was looking for, but suggested 2 other series to try out.

They have so many varieties of books and well-arranged that it is so easy to find what you are looking for.

BAM is a great book store with so much variety. The only thing I disagree is that they do not do price comparison. Nevertheless, it is a great experience. The customer service is exceptional. They always greet you with a smile and offer assistance in finding products, orders, and whatever you need in the store.

I'll give a 5 star review because I find the store at the mall in my hometown very cozy and calming. I haven't gone in a while but it's not too crowded and it looks very clean or organized. I haven't experienced any problems with the bookseller or while looking at the bookshelves/merchandise on display. It's sad my hometown's Mall is very lonely and boring but Books A Million is great. A coffee shop inside of it would be cool though

People should read. Our BAM may not have the biggest selection but we should be happy we have a book store at all in this horribly illiterate town. Also, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I see some people saying the customer service is bad. I could not imagine the staff being rude to someone unless the customer was rude first.
